Most people I talk to seem to only play gamecube games on their Wii, does anyone here still play games on a gamecube? just me?

I do! I love the nostalgia it brings and to see the "cube" spinning around before introducing the game system name is the best. Sure it's fairly old and will occasionally stall but I still enjoy playing it.

I used to a while back. I loved playing the awesome classics once again (luckily I actually kept the consoles and some games). I used to also play them on a Wii (when I owned one previously).

Besides, I don't think you're the only one. xD

I would like to play my GC again (still have it) but I need the scart cable for it (I misplaced it) ;_;

One of Nintendo's finest creations. ;)

I still have my GameCube but the AV cables for it sadly are gone - I plan on replacing them here shortly. Prior to them being gone, though, I played my GameCube quite a bit. I actually haven't played a GameCube game on my Wii since I got it when it came out.

I still play them on my Gamecube while I'm at home but when I come to my sisters to babysit her kids its kinda hard carting both systems so I play them on wii while here.

Well I still play my friend's GameCube and it is very fun . It is still memorable to play the original games for it on its original and intended console . I bet many people still have and play GameCube at sometimes . But I guess it is more becoming declining as there are the new things that are coming up . But still the GameCube is still fresh to some and will always hold some sort of memories and I am sure everybody loved it

I have every Nintendo console and everyone is plugged into my TV so yeah I still play on my GC!

I never had a gamecube, but man I loved those things.
I only owned one Gamecube game though, Pokemon Colosseum, it was great.
Used my Wii for that game a lot

Sadly my Game cube went missing with a lot of my games for it too if i still had it, it would most likely be in a cupboard as i have multiple consoles already and it gets messy quickly (younger brothers font help)

I used to have a GameCube but it broke after I dropped it down a flight of stairs. I was so mad because I had thousands of games for it that I couldn't play and I had just bought wind waker for it. I ended up trading all of them for ps2 games

I still use my gamecube pretty often. I'm going to have to get a new one soon though, it's starting to have trouble reading games. Even new ones it struggles to read. Also gotta get new controllers :p Worth though.

I used to play on my GC a lot until it froze in the middle of a chapter in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, I haven't used it since then. That and I'm too lazy to change cables around all the time, so I use the Wii for GC games.

Same as Nova, I never owned a Gamecube, and I sort of regret it, sincerely. I feel like I missed on something. Then I got a Wii and was sort of disappointed, now I'm pondering if the Wii U is the new gamecube or the next Wii...

I'd say it's the next gamecube. Spinoffs of a main franchise like hyrule warriors. New franchises like splatoon. Finally a new pikmin game. Starfox coming soon. All it's missing is a mario game in the style of mario 64 or sunshine (which I heard will definitely come eventually) as well as metroid. If we're really lucky we'll get f-zero, but wii U is looking great so far.

I don't. I never had many games for my gamecube anyways. I only had one game I think, lol. And that was a Beyblade game and I use to play it a lot, because at the time I use to love that show. I've played Smash Bros on it once too when my friend lent me it and that's about it. The only other times I played a gamecube was with my friends.

I love the GameCube! Some of my favorite games were from that....Metroid Prime 1 & 2, That version of Super Smash Bros. as well as the Mario Kart on that one is still my favorite....I love the multiplayer Bomb Blast from that version of Mario Kart! I wish they would revive that as a DLC for the 3ds version!

Sadly I never had a Gamecube. However, my friend did and I would always go aver to his house and watch him play Wind Waker or something. I later got Wind Waker and played it on my Wii.
