General Troubleshooting (XY)

Can't seem to find a decent one here. Oh well, I'll just make one.

So, to start this off, one of my own issues! Ok, my physical copy of X tends to crash when I switch menus quickly and enable wireless (PSS) or press Home, and what usually ends up happening is that the music will play endlessly (unless of course I close my system, which in that case starts up again, still playing endlessly) with the controls locked and unresponsive (Home doesn't work, physical wireless switch doesn't function, locked in on mode). The only solution so far is to simply remove the Game Card (or switch off the software with the Power button and reset the system completely. (pressing home then crashes the system and leaves it at a black screen)
I've found it an annoying issue especially when I'm cycling through O-Powers or restart PSS Internet (it disconnects if I close my system and put it in Sleep Mode) and forget to save; many a time when I'm leveling up O-Powers this happens and I have to start all over.
Apparently this issue isn't fixed by Version 1.2, the version I currently have.
Any of you have any alternate fixes or have encountered this before?
 
I have the physical copy of X, and the download copy of Y. Never experienced any issues, and I've reset Y a couple of times, so that' s rather odd.
 
Well speaking of crashing White used to crash whenever I was on the GTS negotiations and went to friends. The music just plays the same evil note and it basically freezes. Anyone else have this problem? I don't think those problems you've mentioned have happened to me but sometimes it's a little slow to go to the home menu or sync to the PGL.

Did you ever get it fixed? I have EXACTLY the same problem, on both of my 3ds and both X and Y. It all happened since the past week and i just can not find a solution for it. Keep freezing if i press "home button" or try connecting online whenever i have the wireless switch on.
Can someone help me out please?? it only happens at my home and places closed to my home... and it works just fine in other places. It really annoyed me and i just can not solve this issue.... If anyone can help me out a bit i really appreciate.....
 
I have a different issue but I'm not going to say it but there is a version 1.3 for pokemon x and y if u didn't know so try it,it might just help your problem and plus your problem sucks just like mine.
 
My version keeps up with the most updated one. Even my newly bought pokemon alpha sapphire has this issue. I called Nintendo, and they said it's more an environmental issue. Neighbors' router configuration might be causing this problem which sucks cuz there's nothing i can do to fix this.
