Gift System for NX?

Its weird seeing that Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam have a gift system, but Nintendo doesn't. So it would be an obvious choice (in my opinion) for Nintendo to implement a gift service for their online game store. Wouldn't it? I believe Nintendo should do this because I believe it helps with interaction with fellow consumers of the product.

The wii had a gift system. Idk why they took it out for wii u. So this is a yes pls for nx

A lot of eShop games are able to be purchased on Nintendo's website that are redeemable with a code. Not too many people know about it, though. Even still, it would be nice to have the option on Nintendo's consoles as well in order to send the game directly to, say, someone on your friends list.

I think having a gift system would be really cool if you wanted to send a game your finished with to a friend that hasn't played or wanted it.
They should also make a system where your birthday goes to your Nintendo account and when its your birthday you can get a free vc game if they have them on the nx, And they could make it so you can't change your birthday on your account so you can't keep changing it to get free virtual console games.

Having a gift system could be a nice way of appreciating some of the friends you have on your NX console, and save the hassle we all go through with download codes and what not. I think this would be a nice thing to have on the NX, allowing us to gift digital content to our friends and lived ones.
