guys stop voting for goku he just wont goku is not a good character for smash if Masahiro Sakurai would laugh at people asking for goku one he needs to kinda be a Nintendo character and have games on Nintendo consoles which he does but I just think he wouldn't be a good character for smash

I should tell you.. Goku might be bad for Smash, but we don't know. I mean even the Wii Fit Trainer works in it! As for who made them, look at Sonic! He has games on Nintendo consoles, but he is from Sega. People aren't going to stop voting for him because someone told them to, we're stubborn beings.

I didn't really vote for Goku . . . I never really thought of him as a character that I can imagine in Smash but I guess that fans want him ? Though I don't think that the odds are much that he'll make it since he isn't much of a Nintendo character and not much demand in my opinion . But who knows

The main reason why the characters in Smash 4 are in the actual roster is because they did have their origins in videogames with Nintendo.Sure,R.O.B. was,weirdly enough,a NES acessory,and Mr.Game & Watch had his beginning on a portable series from the early 80s,but I suppose they made into the game because Nintendo wanted to add some weird choices for the roster for the sake of being funny and having a varied roster representing most of the company's highlights throughout the years,and I'm telling ya that they did play a major role in the 80s marketing.Dragon Ball however,started off as an anime and manga series,and those are still the main medias where the franchise go through,and only had a number of games released on Nintendo platforms.Dragon Ball is awesome and all,but Goku just isn't the character that will make into the game,simply because he's not a videogame-born-like character(I'm looking at you too,Shrek,even if you're funny and cool ).
If people want Goku so badly in a Super Smash Bros. game,I'll give the answer to that within three/four words:Super Smash Flash 2.
There,Goku is officialy a Smash Bros. character,so yay.

Good was in the Super Smash Bros on the PC, so why not make it to Nintendo consoles. Like one said, Sonic made it to Nintendo accessories but he is a Sega candidate. It doesn't make sense since Nintendo is putting money where their mouth is.
Nintendo is not just one person. There is always a discussion when developing Ssb games so he could be like Ryu who was lucky enough to enter as Dlc.

I'm glad goku didn't make it because it would be really strange for some reason it wouldn't feel good. But it still would be cool to see him in the game but hey anything could happen. Just hope and keep using the smash ballot

Goku wouldn't fit in with all the fighters. He could work, but I don't think he'll leave a big impact on the series. I don't know very much about him, but based on his appearance and such, I can tell he's more of a joke suggestion than a real one.

Well there's a Goku skin for Ryu so I guess there's no chance of Goku being in at all. I guess you could consider Ryu as Goku in terms of attack strength and projectiles. Although Goku didn't start from a videogame and Ryu cannot go supersaiyan I think they have some similarities.

Well I never really voted for any one at all in the Smash ballot, but I saw many people going for Goku. I don't know how Nintendo will gain the permission to use Goku. I honestly never saw hope in Goku ever making it in, and lets hope that the actual character doesn't.
