Good Matchups against Rosalina?

From my experience from playing a lot of Rosalinas in For Glory I think the characters that could have a good fight against Rosalina are...

1. Captain Falcon.
(as falcon kick can punish Rosalina for rolling) Captain Falcon also has his speed to catch up to Rosalina if the opponent starts running away when Luma dies, He can also combo her with up airs alot. Though Captain Falcon can be easily edge guarded

2. Marth.
You have to play almost perfectly to win but marth's throws have a lot of knockback which can easily separate Rosalina and Luma. His tipper shieldbreaker can kill pretty fast. He can also edgeguard quite easily. When he throws Rosalina its fast so it gives less time for luma to save her

3. Shulk. He can out range Rosalina and his monado abilities are really good against Rosalina

Those are some nice tips of match-ups for Rosalina . Rosalina is very hard to use in my opinion but if used correctly , she can be devastating . I also think that Ness can be a good match up against her because since Lumas can't really defend , you can use PK Fire to kill it and leave rosalina vulnerable to other attacks

I forgot about that ;p I also think both dark pit and pit could have a decent match up too

Rosalinda... Can beat Rosalina.
It's basically a test of who can out-luma the other lol

Shirk is also a good character to use against sheik. Shrieks run hope side a has almost no lag at all. You can use it to jump right over Luma and hit Rosalina. It's pretty safe too use because no lag. I think this move can lead to a combo.

G&W and Yoshi stick out to me as characters that can counter Rosalina well.
Yoshi's dair and nair can get both Rosalina and Luma at close range. You can try to spike Rosalina offstage with fair if you're skilled.
G&W can down throw into nair, mess Rosalina up with uair and dtilt windboxes and a multi hit bair is useful for pressure.
Diddy Kong has a good matchup if you focus on getting rid of Luma and then going for a combo. She's pretty light so Diddy shouldn't have trouble with her at high percents.

Speaking of high percents. Luma acts slower when Rosalina is at higher percents and gets knocked offstage.

Well with CF you have more options agains Rosalina, his dash attack can be used to crush throught the defens from the luma. Another option is, jump over the luma, rosaline will come to you and she will charg an upshmash, BUT before you land press jump again and then (if you are skilled enought) use down air to punish the lag from the upsmash, that is btw a good followup for up tilt + back air

The source of her movement is reliant on her Luna, so if you ko her Lumas then everything will be easier for you. Even Rosalina is powerless without Luna because her ko moves are pretty weak to use. Her moveset depends on luma.

I think it's safe to say Ryu or Little Mac have a good matchup against Rosalina and Luma. Little Mac just requires experience to use but in general Rosalina's throws and pretty weak and your only fear is uair juggles as LM which can be avoided by counter. LM might need to put on jab pressure and ftilts and fsmash when super armor is needed but still be aware of Luma as it can ruin any approach. Ryu is just a strong character with a lot of options to cover both Luma and Rosalina and has some good kill moves. When Luma is gone it's safe to say pummel (grab then jab) is a safe way to rack up a lot of damage. I want to say Lucas would have a good matchup because of his grab range, quick jabs and good air game as well as his kill throw but I think it's best to see it in motion and it really has to depend on skill level in terms of how easily Lucas can win.

Well I prefer sheik to fight rosalina because she can do very very well and put pressure on rosalina. And her grabs are like chain grabs. And I think diddy would be a good match up for rosalina because How ZeRo ( The best ssn4 player in the world beat Dabuz the best rosalina in the world) It was amazing but hey they patched Diddy but he is still good and fast and still kill with his up air

If you want to be technical Olimar is good against Rosalina because of his pressuring with side special Pikmin and can get Luma out of the way with Smsah attacks. Olimar is more of an in your face he's a problem character and taller characters or characters with moves that end up above him generally have trouble against him.
