Good set for Multiscale Lugia?

I'm trying to go for a full flying team and I figured Lugia has some nice defenses and with access to roost and multiscale it could be a potenially tanky flying type. Trying to determine what moves I should give it other than just roost.

- Dragon Tail
- Aeroblast
My preffered set for Ubers.
My, this is quite OP Thunder Wave to cripple foes and "reduce" speed. Dagon Tail to take out those it can't handle and Aeroblast most powerful flying STAB move in Lugia moveset. It is called "The Great Wall" for a reason
