Explanation:
  • First, competitors will enter
  • When enough entries are in, the first stage can start
  • People can still join until the first stage is over
Stage 1, Frenzy:
  • This will be a time where you can battle anyone any time (you can't challenge same person within 24 hours)
  • There will be a deadline and the top players will move on to stage 2
  • The amount of players who can move on are determined by how many enter
    • The amount of players is by the highest power of 2 rounded down (powers of two are: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64)
      • Example: 17 people join, 16 move on or if 59 people join, 32 move on
        • If 15 enter, 8 people move on
Stage 2, 6v6
  • Random name generator will decide who battles who
  • Single Elimination
    • If there's an error because of one side, the other can choose to take that as a win or they can do a rematch
  • If you take too long, it will be considered a forfeit
  • Battle Rules: OU pokemon only-no UBERS
Stage 3, 4v4 Doubles
  • Same rules as stage two but 4v4 doubles
  • Battle Rules: any thing allowed (if general consensus wants this changed, this will be changed)
Stage 2 and 3 keep alternating until it's the final battle


It's a 10 pc entry

Jackpot:
1st place will recieve 70% of all entries
Meaning if 17 people enter, the jackpot will be 119 PC​

I'm in, however, I'll pay the entry fee when we start. I'll take this as an incentive to finish breeding my Red Rabbit and BS teams so that I can have some toys to throw around in the frenzy round.

@Water, my only real issue with this is that you never listed any specific battle rules or if this is an OU tourney or what (which may be why no one joined). Please list out some battle rules for participants.

In stage 1 can any Pokemon be used?

So Frenzy is no restrictions, and Stage 1 is Smogon's OU. Stage 2 is Doubles with no restrictions?

If so, can I request Smogon Doubles OU for the Stage 2 rule set?
