Wow, am really excited to see more from this character (Pokemon), I'm interested in his Final Smash, can't recall any footage of it being shown at the Super Smash Nintendo Direct, but either ways, it's best keep at a surprise. His Shadow Sneak and Substitute has me intrigued, this character is definitely enthralling.

ohh, the mix of dark & water moves is interesting. Haven't used him in X/Y yet, so this is new to me. Final smash sounds so powerful and dangerous! =3

Yes, but Smash Bros. doesn't have the Pokémon Type Logic (and that's a great thing :D). I'll have to try him too when I get SSB4.

Or even power logic. I mean, Pichu can defeat Mewtwo with ease? Lucario is more of a "fighting game" fighter because some moves cancel others while others don't and his "revenge bar" Aura powers that get stronger the higher his percentage is. Pikachu is the main Pokemon mascot. Charizard is the brute that stands for intense Pokemon battles, and Greninja just seems like the Pikachu of Gen 6 only he has different moves of his own (maybe with Pichu's strong attack power and light weight without recoil unless using Substitute).

Yeah, I agree, it is a good thing, would have been stressful dealing with different Pokemon type matchups, and hoping a water Pokemon comes out of that Pokeball is kill Charizard, it's best kept that way. And yeah, he seems awesome, for some reason, I'm kinda worried if they'll make him similar to Sheik (fast but weak attacks).

If I recall correctly, Greninja's Side Special was never shown. The move it used that closely resembled Shadow Sneak was just part of the Down Special.

I don't remember well, but I think that stuff was in the SSB Direct.

Yes, they revealed Greninja in the direct. But they didn't show Greninja's side special.

Yeah, they didn't show much of him actually, just a few quick clips of his moves.

True. Well, at least we're sure of his Final Smash :p

Will Greninja have to use his Final Smash right next to his opponent or will he instantly hit 1 person that's closest and whoever that's in the way?

Greninja looks like a force to be reckoned with. He has swift and sharp attacks, even though the attacks are not so powerful. I think he will be one of the fastest moving characters in the game. The Water Shuriken attack looks so good and powerful

In one of the Miiverse posts, Masahiro Sakuria confirmed that Shadow Sneak was Greninja's side special attack.

I see. Is there a picture of it too? I'd like to see it.

I think it will probably be like Link, attacking the person closest to him, , could be like Captain Falco's as well, grabbing everyone who's in his direction, then hitting them simultaneously, but anything is possible, I think more will be released at E3!
