Is there a Harvest Moon game for Wii U or because of recent "creators leaving Natsume" they probably won't make one?

I do not believe a Harvest Moon wii u game is in development at the moment. It's possible that it could not happen due to some people leaving but I'd be surprised to be honest.

There is a HM game for wii u but it is a virtual console one and it not all of that fun to play seeing that it is virtual console and the gameplay is bad as well as the graphics.There is also a community for it on miiverse that is how I know.

Shoot I guess the only game on Wii U must be the first Harvest Moon....I played on emulator: there's not much to do after tending your farm and talking to your girlfriend....
