Nintendo 3DS Legend
Towns Folk
I'm pretty sure we all have games that we all played so much as a child. Wouldn't it be great to ever find those childhood games ever again? And even better, would you love to play those games as well? I used to play on my old Super Nintendo a lot as a 4 year old. My favorite game for it would have to be Super Mario World. My SNES became useless because of my stupidity (i was only 4 >.>) so I had lost both my Super Nintendo and Super Mario World with one dumb act. So I had to box up and store my Mario Kart for the SNES away until we could find use of it.

Fast Forward about 14 years. I was cleaning up my garage and finding stuff that could either be kept or sold. After clearing a few boxes...I think you know where this story is headed :D. I found that old copy of Mario Kart for the SNES and the nostalgia flew crazy in my head. The only sad thing is that I don't have anything to play it on, since the SNES was....watered down.

Anyways, have you found any old games that you loved playing as a child? Or if you did, would you replay those games to relive the great moments you had? Share you experiences below!

Dang Xp That's tough. I guess I was lucky because I had a Super NES at my house as well as my grandmother's house. I lost mine for a good number of years and brought home the one by grandmother had. I couple of years ago though I had found the other one and had two of them for a while. That is, until my mom decided it'd be quick cash to sell one of them, along with my extra controller -_- (hide your games from your parents people). Anyway, I loved and still love playing my Donkey Kong Country , as well as Fatal Paws of Fury on the Super NES. They will always be my favorite. X3

By the way, you can always play Super Mario Kart on an online emulator until you can find a new Super NES. Here's one I found, but its laggy on my computer X( Maybe it might work better on yours though.

I remember finding a really old Gameboy game that I think was some sort of Digimon >.< Though I wouldn't be able to play it now as my Gameboy doesn't work anymore (It's SUPER old), it's really good to look back to when I did play it :p I didn't know how to beat it and it got repetitive fast xD

Oh no! The "Em" word.

Careful where you use that kind of information. A nameless website prominent in providing similar content was bull-dozed by an unknown party last year. (I could guess it was Nintendo, but who'd believe me?)

For me it was the original Animal Crossing, I am used to the fast paced movement of the scrolling in the new games and how smooth everything looks. I played the GameCube version one night and everyone looked odd and the slow camera :rotfl:. But it was still fun.

Actually, I just dug up one of my old favorites from when I was younger (like 8 years old) I found my old copy of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue team. I don't know why, but I started playing it, and now I'm addicted to it again. I guess the nostalgia is too strong :p

OMG I loved that game back when I had my old DS Lite ;-;

Last night, I went into my attic to check a few things and found the one and only Megaman game I have for the gameboy color (I think it was Megaman 2, but not entirely sure lol). It was covered by lots of saw dust. In spite of that, surprisingly, it worked like a charm! :jimlad:

I managed to dig up Final Fantasy: Revenant Wings for the DS. I remember I bought this game around the time I first got my 3DS. I was surprised to have found it hidden away in some random old junk. It was working perfectly, I played it, but sadly it was short-lived. I'm not sure why I wasted my money on this title. xD

Is it weird I have always liked FF and now it's here

I found a old NES and some games (with Super Mario 3) that were my dad's sadly the NES isn't in any playable condition, (that or I played SM3 to much) the screen just glitches out and it's really scary. The first time I found out that the NES or SM3 was broken was when me and my friends were having a sleepover and we always play the NES and have a competition at least once it's traditional for us, we freaked out. It scared the crap out of both of us, and we couldn't fix it. I'm hoping it'll still be worth money when i'm at least 40

I remembered I owned Sonic Unleashed for the PS2 and never beat it!
So I thought to myself, "Hmmm, why haven't I beaten this yet? I don't even think I got halfway through it!"
I decided to boot up the game and try to see how far I could get on my file!
I remembered why I didn't beat it...
The Werehog Stages have some very hard platforming! I kept dying over and over again! I almost threw my controller!
I don't think I'll be beating it anytime soon, but maybe I can get through those stages someday!

I found my copies of The Simpsons: Hit and Run and Sonic Heroes for PS2 but I don't even have the working PS2 to play them again on - it's probably in the garage or something... but I loved those games. I mean, I sucked at them, but Simpsons was one of the best licensed games of all time (and I wish they would make a similar game based on a more relevant IP to me like Regular Show) and Sonic Heroes was just all-around fun, especially I think it was the first level with the turtles and the water.

Haha! You got Hit & Run too? One of the best! I always love driving around downtown Springfield with Granpa Simpson: his narration is hilarious!

Yep, but I think I got stuck after the Bart level and I never got around to finishing it! Those pesky racing missions were so hard at times.

I loved the collectables too, the way I could get dozens of costumes and then drive around the entire city and laugh at some of the stuff Homer would say to the poor citizens being mowed down.
