Okay i have kinda put scratches on my 3DS for tapping too hard, but never shattered it or broken my 3Ds.
But did drop a DSI XL in the water. .-.

I have multiple scratches on my 3ds touch screen due to playing too much Kid Icarus : Uprising so I think I can count that , I never really dropped my 3ds before but it does have some little bumps around since sometimes I perhaps bump my 3ds upon something .

I did have a DSi that I dropped 2 times , yet it still works fine only with some dents :p You can always trust in these Nintendium quality products :p

My 3DS is still in mint condition, I'm just utterly annoyed by all the fingerprints and smudges on the touch screen, it bothers me a lot when I'm trying to play pokemon. Other than that there's not many scratches on my 3DS. But my old DS Lite split in half, lost the top half and the bottom half is probably somewhere under my bed.

I have dropped it twice I think, due to overexcitement from playing Pokemon Rumble Blast from my friend's at a ski place, and getting my first game badge here. I have a small chip/crack in the edge of my 3DS from accidently hitting so thats why I got a case that makes my red 3ds milky :p

The closest I ever got to that was my standard 3DS's Circle Pad losing its skin, and the R button not working sometimes, although when I was newer,I did break two DSs I had at the time, one of them was a "Phat" version, and the other one was a Lite, and I was pretty new at the time,so I didn't know much about taking care of consoles too much, but now,I'm more aware of the case. :blackeye:

Well, that sucks for both of us. :p
I will admit,my first DS broke by falling on the water, but I won't be specific as to what type of water. :panda:

Well, that's mainly your sister to blame, most likely.
I did break mine because responsibility was still far away from being a thing for me at the time. :writing:

There's some wear and tear on the bottom screen from the stylus, but other than that, no other issues. I try to take care of my 3DS, haha. I've dropped it a few times, but no serious damage has been done to it.

Nope, never ever. I really like all of my consoles and I take a good care of them, but, I have one small scratch on my 3ds back, and I don't actually know when I got it, but, ever since then, there aren't any more scratches (which is good :) ).
Also, one should always have screen guards on the screen, which I have, and I need to get them changed! xD

Have a little scratch that adjusts the color for the 3DS on the top screen, but it's not that big.

I put the Nerf armor to protect the exterior.

Nah, I never broke a handheld or a console. I bought my 3Ds exactly on the day when it released and I had it for about 5 years I guess. It only had a few small signs of usage when I sold it (and I only sold it because I desperately wanted to get a New 3DS XL ). I always handle everything with care, but I think it's hard to break a Nintendo DS anyway...

I don't even get how things like this can happen... Rage mode?

Nop, Never, :D. I dont scratch my screen that much. Tho the fingerprints are really annoying, and when I use the stylus on the bottom screen you can always see a mark, and I always rub it :p

I used to have a green DS Lite but it got broken because I decided to let my brother play Pokemon Soulsilver because he liked pokemon and for some reason he decided to climb up the ladder of our bunk bed with the ds in his hand. He fell but he was completely fine, he used the DS as a cushion xD (Not really a cushion, he just landed on it) It was perfectly in half like the pic enchantedcat put. I had to wait years to get a new DS.

I've never broken any game console before, but my 3DS is a little scratched up. Apparently when I was outside one day, my dog was inside attacking my 3DS. There are a few scratches on the outside, and the stylus is pretty chewed up.

I don't know if this would count as "breaking" it, but one time (I forgot how) I done something and the touchscreen for my 3DS stopped working for a few days, plus the buttons wouldn't do anything. This happened again a few months back, but I haven't had any problems since. I also have this problem with both of my 3DS' where the charger won't charge unless I move it a certain way. It's weird.
