I just heard that Hayo Miyazaki himself, AKA the guy who made My Neighbor Totoro and Spirited Away, will be voicing Shinji Ikari in the next Evangelion Rebuild film. This is because the creator of Evangelion, Hideaki Anno, voiced the main character in the latest Studio Ghibli film, The Wind Rises. This is because Anno and Miyazaki are friends with each other. Anno wanted Miyazaki to voice Shinji because he wanted to have a more mature voice for Shinji. So how do you feel that Miyazaki san himself will voice Shinji in the next Rebuild film?

I'm not sure where you heard this, but I don't think they would change the voice actor of Shinji so suddenly.

It would be cool if Hayao Miyazaki were to voice him, but as of now, I think it seems implausible (not entirely impossible though.)

But still, it could be cool.

If you can't provide a link to a site like ANN proving this, I'm going to have to call shenanigans...Hayao Miyazaki might cameo in the next Evangelion film, but I really don't see Hideaki Anno replacing a veteran voice actress like Megumi Ogata with Miyazaki especially when Hayao Miyazaki has no experience whatsoever in voice acting.

Clearly it's just a joke video, Pen Pen being the main character and Shinji's hand being covered in jam are obvious giveaways

Dang, I was fooled!

Well the info about the original line being "I'll never let you kill me!" instead of "Kimochi Warui" (insert preferred translation here) is actually true. The "I don't like eel soup," thing on the other hand, is not.
