Help Glitch!

I played All Stars Mode with my bro and by myself and saw the game wanted me to finish all star with all characters,so I did but the panel the game can't see I DID it!:I finished it over again as every character and have alt trophies for all of them(and for the ones my bro and I used on co-op)I have 1 of every character and mii fighters(2+ for the ones used on co-op mode) help me! is this a glitch or it's something else?(I got all characters I saw the message lest there's a DLC character I don't have....)

Are you able to take a screenshot of the panel where it doesn't say you did it? I am not sure I understand what you mean.
If you have more details also please do share them, as right now it sounds a bit confusing to me and I can't tell if that is a glitch.

Have you tried alone ? Maybe multiplayer doesn't affect challenges, and you'll need to clear them alone.

Don't get mad but I found out what's wrong:like D4rkDragon said I DO have to play all characters alone but the game has records of me playing all of the characters.But what I didn't relize then,I DID use/finish all star with character exceptence of Shiek! I DID use Shiek but didn't finish completely but the game kept the freakin score so I thought I did cause I had the trophy and high score for everyone! Sorry....
