I downloaded a demo from steam but it killed my keyboard in 2-3 days. This year it's working fine but the arrow keys still don't work(my physical keyboard won't work period) Is my keyboard killed or is it something else wrong?
I would ask this in the Technology community but no one answers....

first off I must ask is it laptop or is it a desktop? cause depending on which one it is it could be a couple of totally different things.

Assuming i was a virus, you can first try scanning your computer for any with an anti-virus. If that doesn't help then it could coincidentally be the condition of the arrow keys. Does uninstalling the demo make any difference in regards to the situation? I'm not really an expert to computer hardware problems but you should try these out first :)

It is probably the keyboard. Have you checked how dirty your keyboard is? A LOT of dirt and foreign material goes under the keyboard causing them to not work. Get a toothbrush or a tooth pick and see if any dirt or grime is in there. If not, it may be the fact that your arrow keys do not work anymore.

Does it run on batteries? The keyboard I mean. Something similar happen to mine sometime ago and I tried switching out the batteries and that did the trick.

Also does it have a little flashdriveUSB looking device. It's small and square, it looks a bit like the end of a flashdrive. If it does see if it got damaged or dirty.

It must've been dirty,I cleaned it a little yesterday, and it started working. It might've just been that It seems fine.

It's a tablet with a USB Keyboard, The onscreen keyboard was acting strange too so I thought it was a virus
but they both started working again just yesterday.I wonder still why the physical and screen keyboard would stop.
