Help me figure this anime out.

So there's this one anime that use to come on Toonami and sadly, Wikipedia was no help. I remember there being a few schoolkids, a gang I think, and a girl who rides a motorcycle. She wears a yellow suit. The title starts with a D. Has anybody seen this before? I want to give it a chance.
