Help me remember a horror movie...

Many years back I watched a horror movie and I couldn't remember the name of it. So I'm wondering if you guys can help and tell me what this movie was called.
If I remember correctly the story is about a couple that are travelling around in their car, while they travel to places they meet a guy, which I believe is the main villain. The villain kills the boyfriend and the girl eventually kills the villain at the end of the movie.
Maybe that's not how it went, sorry if I'm wrong
But here's the main thing that might help you guys;
During one scene, the couple are driving down a road while its raining. They see a man walking in the rain and offer him a ride. Then the man says something like, "May I use your phone?" I believe the female hands him her flip-phone and for some odd reason the man snaps the phone in half and it's somehow a blade or something .-.
The girl screams and they push him out of the car.
That's all I really remember...
Any idea of what this movie is called?

It was probably Texas Chainsaw Massacre bro hopefully I don’t get banned for this because people might look up the movie and might watch it because there is people who are 13 years old and younger in this chat. Hopefully that was the right movie that you were trying to look for @Darklink because I remember the last time I saw this movie it included a similar plot ,but I’m not so sure because most horror movies have similar plots and sound the same I’m probably 40% sure this might be the movie and if it’s not try looking for similar movies and look st their descriptions so you can find the one you are looking for.

It was probably Texas Chainsaw Massacre bro hopefully I don’t get banned for this because people might look up the movie and might watch it because there is people who are 13 years old and younger in this chat. I would agree with you, because I remember one of the film's has them group of teens driving around in the country, but the problem is the film I'm looking for didn't have any horrifying characters like Leather face, etc.

For anyone that still interested in helping me;
I do recall a scene at the end of the movie where the girl kills someone (might be the villain) and eventually it shows a horizontal view of her slowly walking away from the body in the middle of the road. Basically, if I remember correctly, the movie ends with the female, covered in blood stains, walking down a road in the middle of nowhere...

I think it is Texas Chainsaw Massacre because the ending is kind of dumb because the true villain ends up being the girl and I was confused because she was crazy or something and she can’t get over the fact that she truly is evil and yea there was a bunch of teens riding across a countryside.

Definitely sounds like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, although I rarely watch slasher films so it could be something I haven't watched.

They remade TCM. You could have watched the remake instead of the original, which seems to be quite a different kind of film, which is why it wouldn't feel so familiar.

I've been meaning to post an update here for a while, but yeah. I found out it was the 2007 film called The Hitcher. Watched the movie again a while ago and it brought me back.
