I don't know if this should go here, but it's about the TV settings so uhhh yea

So as the titke suggests, my Switch looks dimmer on the TV when compared to handheld mode. The colors don't "pop" as much. I tried tinkering around the TV settings, but it's still dark! I have an LG UJ6320.

Try turning up the contrast setting, otherwise try a different HDMI cable or port? Does it happen with anything else you plug into the TV? Has this only just started happening?

I used the official Nintendo HDMI cable. I'll try switching it later. Basically it's darker when compared to handheld mode and from another TV.
It isn't really a big issue, but it makes some things hard to see.

No it's been like this for a long time now, but I just now thought to ask here because I very recently switched TVs. (the Switch now hooks up to the living room TV instead of the bedroom TV)

Turn up the display settings (brightness, maybe color) and maybe that should help. I don't think it's something that you need to worry about otherwise, because it seems to just be the settings on your TV seem to be in a weird spot.

Does anything else like a dvd player or something look different on the TV as well? If so then it's TV settings, if not then it's the switch itself.
