Help with a Flag Design?

I have a town named Pandora, and I tried to draw the Pandora Hearts logo with just Pandora, but its sloppy, and I I don't know how to draw good images in 8bit-is form. What I am asking is that someone make a flag of

but in black and without the ph in the upper corner. If you can, then could you post the QR code for it? I'll pay in play coins if that is what you want. Thanks!
