I did a quick research and found this :
Ampharos, Sceptile, Pachirisu and Raichu
Pachirisu or Jolteon can get Ampharos to Mega Evolve Quicker
Sceptile's Vitality Drain can help a bit and he's just a powerful grass type
Raichu really helps if you paralyze Keldeo you get more turns without blocks
Using this team I mostly always beat him but had AWFUL luck catching him probably played the stage like 12 times at least.

You can catching those Pokemon and using them and if by chance you don't have those Pokemon , use one that is similar in its type advantage so that it will become easier . If you haven't progressed much in the game , I would suggest you do because it can give you very strong Pokemon to use .
