Help with madness?

Sometimes when I play mario kart 7 and someone gets me cheaply and get in front of me, I have this weird feeling inside of me. Its like all the anger came into me. Is there any advice to stop me from doing this? I feel like throwing my 3ds on the ground sometimes. Can you give me advice on how to calm down and do better at Mario kart 7. Yes, I am an expert but I hate these cheap shots.

I think there was some sort of trick thing that I know . It is that when a person goes right behind you for a certain period of time they will get this speed boost that pushes people away . I think that you can prevent this by going left and right alot so that the person can't get the speed boost . But you have to be careful though , because if you turn left and right too much , they can just drive past you . Hope that helps !
