This is probably the best set for Dusknoir but if you're looking for a defensive ghost type, I'd advise you to use Gourgeist over Dusknoir, Gourgeist is not only a Ghost type but a Grass type giving it a helpful water resistance and also granting it sleep immunity. Dusknoir's most powerful STAB is Shadow Punch which is only 60 BP while Gourgeist has access to Seed Bomb (80 BP) and Phantom Force (90 BP) and with Phantom Force can stall out the opponent for more Will o Wisp/Leech Seed damage, something Dusknoir couldn't possibly do in it's wildest dreams, so don't use Dusknoir, it's overall outclassed by Gourgeist.

I'd recommend eviolite Dusclops instead, but you have a Dusknoir so let's go with that
Will-O-Wisp halves the user's attack and burns them, this is pretty much a no-brainer xD. Since Dusknoir has a decent attack stat, So a STAB move with a secondary coverage move will be the most effective ^-^ Pain split is it's recovery move, and can damage well if you use it at the right time
The last moveslot is just a move, so you don't get walled by something that is immune to ghost.

Basically the very standard set I dunno why you are using Dusknoir but maybe you are fighting in NU?
Shadow sneak basic STAB move with ability to go behind protective moves, Eathquake does major damage to many Pokemons, Fire Punch can do damage and ruin it checks, and Purtsuit for switch-outs and Damage to types super-effective againest it.
