Nice! I wish I could've picked Hero Mode from the beginning, I found the normal mode too easy

Congratulations! I've only beaten the game in normal mode so far, but I'm looking forward to replaying it. I enjoyed hero mode in both Skyward Sword and Wind Waker HD.

Umm, as far as I know, you cannot pick hero Mode without beating the game on normal difficulty first. Nevertheless, I am playing on normal mode for the second time as I am too scared to play the Hero Mode :giggle:
I might try to play Hero Mode as I have finished all dungeons and I am looking for all Maimais to amkethe Lorule Castle Easier :)

Well, some Zelda games allow you to pick Hero Mode before you complete the game on normal difficulty. For example, Wind Waker HD allows you to select the option whenever (even in the middle of a save file)

Oh nice @naagza
I would not know that because I don't have A Wii U or a Gamecube to play Legend of Zelda Wind Waker on.
I would really like it though.
Talk about bad luck, the Wii U came out a DAY after I bought my Wii :punch::punch::punch::rage::rage::rage::mad::mad::mad::banghead::banghead::banghead::(:(

You can play Legend of Zelda Wind Waker on the Wii because the system is backwards compatible with Gamecube. However, you'll need a Gamecube controller to play it

@naagza Even worse my luck is, I have one of those new Wii's that sit horizontally instead of the older Vertical Wii's. The new Horizontal lying Wii's COMPLETELY ditch the Nintendo Gamecube support. I really hate that. Instead of making it have more compatibility, they removed Gamecube support

well, in any case, this is kinda irrelevant to this thread topic xD Back to hero mode if we're going to talk more, okay? You could probably bring up your issues with your Wii over on the Old School Nintendo Gaming section if you want though.

Excellent work, though IMO Hero Mode still wasn't enough of a challenge.

Try going through it with only the Green Mail. :sneaky:

Link Between Worlds is so far the only Zelda game I've even tried in Hero Mode. I'm a little more than halfway through now. The first temples were horrible though, with 1 hit KO from most enemies.

Eh. While normal mode was too easy, I kept getting killed by random bats in Hero mode. It took me TOO long to get past the graveyard, or the first actual dungeon type thing in the game. It was really bad, or I just can't play the game right. It legitimately took me an hour to get past that part...

I really like the Legend of Zelda : A link between worlds and I loved the gameplay too . The normal mode was really easy but the Hero Mode got really harder because you can just die very easily with one touch of a monster . I liked the Hero Mode but to me ALL of the dungeons in the game were too easy . I was really looking forward to harder puzzles but in my opinions the dungeons were well designed but too easy . Not like Oot Master Quest which made me kinda sad

That was pretty easy for me since I started the game on Hard mode and I easily beat it.:D Twas a great achievement that I had achieved when doing so and I even tried beating Ganondorf's final form with a bottle since it was easier then doing that with the sword :rotfl:.

I never got a chance to play Hero Mode in any Zedla game, which I guess is because I never got all the items or something. It looks like A Link between Worlds is easy in Hard mode, since I see that many people have actually completed it. Even other players have succeeded doing a 3 Heart Run in the game.

For me it was quite alot of saving, but not really that hard. Each enemy deals more damage, and for the first few temples, that meant 1 hit KO making it a bit of a trial and error (or fairy hunting) game. As you got a few more hearts, it was more planning and stocking up with potions and being strategic.
