Has any of you played hometown story? If so, how was it :3 I'm thinking of buying it. Thanks for your time >.<

It's not recommended; you could just buy Rune Factory 4 or wait for Story of Seasons instead. I did buy it, and was disappointed because it wasn't as rich as Harvestmoom series has so far. You can read my review here.

Although I would have fallen for Hometown Story immediately due to the cute presentation and anime art style (I can't resist games with anime art styles ), thanks to @dwikrid 's review I didn't buy it and didn't feel like I was missing out. Now that I'm rightfully disillusioned, I can only say that, "It isn't so homy in Hometown Story," is the best summing-up of a game I've ever read.
