Just a heads up, this will contain spoilers for the mentioned movie. If you don't want to know some of the basic plot, I would suggest going back. Ready? Cool.
I just watched Hoopa and the clash of Ages, and I was wondering what everyone else's opinion was on it! I personally found the storyline a little typical of pokemon movies, and some parts a little confusing, but all in all it was a pretty great movie. I've only watched a few xy episodes, but did Clemont get a new voice actor or something? Cause his voice really annoyed me. I also thought it was stupid to once again make Ash an almighty solo hero and practically reduce everyone else to cameos. I mean, Clemont didn't even use his own Pokemon for a whole movie! I really disliked how Ash acted like he had never seen a legendary in his life! Though I liked how Hoopa had to confront itself and how Team Rocket were like "Let's go get some legendaries! Never mind, backing away, backing away!". The character design for Baraz and Mirai (I assume that's how you spell them) was pretty cool, though, and Hoopa was pretty annoying yet cute for most of the movie. When the mega evolutions happened, I was like "Wait. Where is the Keystone slash meteor? Pokemon why u no logic???" (=_=`) Anyways, I'd be interested to know your opinions on the movie! Was it good? Was it bad? What did you (dis)like?
