Hoopa's Rings

How does Hoops get his rings through time/space and Pokémon omega Ruby and alpha sapphire.

Hoops IS a legendary Pokemon. Pokemon that are legendary usually have amazing power, and could control space, time, minds, and other things. It should come as no surprise that hoopa's rings are Trans-Dimensional. Although if you want a depeer explanation I suppose you could comment on Protomario's channel or the Game Theorists and ask them to do a theory on it.

Alee Hoopa Ring? I'm just assuming that most legendaries are just born with the powers or they're granted them from Arceus. But you want a more conventional answer? The Donut Lord needed a new knight to protect Mt. Circle (A Gen 11 place from Pokemon Red Dog and Blue Cat), and hired Hoopa and gave him rings. Hoopa hated Gen 11 so he went through his rings to Gen 6, a time where Pokemon was still playable. Hoopa then teleported to that city and helped all the citizens and gave them gold n stuff, yadda yadda, watch the movie when it comes out on DVD. The end.

Hoopa actually is a legend, and he was introduced with the rings since he was made. His story line was he started out in his regular form, but he began to get bored. Eventually, He started battling other Pokemon and beat them all. He was awarded prizes every time he won, and he began to feel like a god. At this point, he stayed in his unbound form all the time, and he began to be taken over by his dark side. One horrible day, he summoned Every legend there was and battled them in a raging fight. He conquered them all. He grew out of control and almost destroyed the village, but a hero uncapped the prison bottle key and drew in hoopa's evil form. Ever since, that hero raised hoopa to become good, and he sealed away hoopas evil powers with the bottle in a cave deep in the Hoenn region. The purpose of hoopa's rings are they can lead to ANYWHERE in the world, the catch is that hoopa himself can't travel through his rings until he makes peace with his evil side, and finally controls it. They can even lead to other dimensions, and that is how he brought all the legends over to him.

Also, for those of you who have the prison bottle key in X and Y or OR/AS and are too scared to use it, DONT FEAR! Hoopa remains in his unbound state for 3 full days, and then the prison bottle key disappears forever.(JK!) What ACTUALLY happens is that you use the bottle key on hoopa, and it stays in your inventory. You have 3 days of PLAY TIME,(not regular hours) for him to automatically revert to his regular form. And here comes the best part. The prison bottle key stays in your key items FOREVER, so you can use it again and again and again. Once it wears off, use it again for hoopa to become completely awesome. Anyways, just wanted to let people know since im on the subject!
