how could i get an eon ticket on pokemon omega ruby without streetpass

hey I've been wondering how to get the eon ticket but the results were that I would have to get it from streetpass but I live in India and hardly any people have a 3ds it is VERY DIFFICULT for me to get any special item through streetpass can anyone tell me how to get it without streetpass.
NOTE:I have a NA 3DS
