How do I find out if my EVs are maxed

I am trying to go through catching all the legendaries in OR and am trying to get Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion. Serebii says I need a Pokemon with max EVs. I somehow managed to get Virizion, and I already have Cobalion from a previous trade in X. So my thing is, can someone show me how to figure out EVs, or at least trade Terrakion with me so I can continue building my living Dex?

If you look at the Super Training section of DexNav, it will let you know via dialogue (although it won't use the term EVs when this happens). Basically, if you can't improve the stats in Super Training, you know its EVs are maxed.

So if it says, "Amazing! All your Pokemon's base stats are maxed out! Congratulations, Trainer!" it's talking about EVs?

Oh yeah, that sounds right. When they're saying base stats, they're lying, they mean EVs. I'm guessing they just couldn't come up with a better official name for a term pokefans came up with
