On MH4U I heard a DLC came out. I checked on the eShop just to find nothing!! Please can someone help me? I wanna know how to get the DLC. Thank you

You get the DLC from either the main menu of the game (button that says DLC) or through the housekeeper (the felyne on the right when you enter your house) with the DLC option being in the menu there.

But the dlc is not downloaded in one block. You need to download quests, policies and extras separately. But the download does not take long for each, most areas are all less than a minute to download.
