How do i set a .gif as my avatar?

I saw this 1 guy on the forums do it, I'm trying to set this gardevoir mega evolution as my profile pic ( a moving one) please help.

first of all it must not be have over the appopriate KB and make sure it is a gif,then you just go to change your avatar and make sure the gif is on your computer,i think the KB rate is and must be less than 200 or 150,one out of the two,my advice is the image is too big then i'm pretty sure it is over 150 or 200.

It depends on the size. If you have (I think) 5 play coins, you can buy a bigger avatar size (like file size, not actual size, I got confused too.) That's let you upload a bigger sized .gif, and yes, they're preeettty siick. Go to Pedia Emporium or whatever it's called.

Also, you need a computer, you can't have a tablet to do it
