How do you air dribble in Rocket League?

I’ve been having a hard time learning to air dribble and most YouTube videos I found on the topic doesn’t help. I can roll it up on the wall just fine but after I hit it, I can’t get under the ball to dribble it. Any tips or drills I can use? (I’m on switch)
