How do you usually clean your device screens ?
I tried cleaning it using few drops of a glasses cleaner but it become a little blurry so I started just wipen it off.
do you know some good ways to clean the screens without damaging it ?

I too use to get trouble cleaning my screen, tissue paper doesn't really help as it leaves a lot of dust residue behind, I mostly use my glasses cloth ( micro-fiber) it cleans it well and is very sensitive towards the screen. , hope this helped. Also I don't use it wet often, sometimes I may add some rubbing alcohol just to get rid of the icky smudges.

I'm really not sure if there's a way to clean the screens properly. Every time I try wiping it with some cloth like I would with a normal glass screen, it doesn't seem to be that effective

yeah that's my problem, but I tried using a micro fiber cloth like @reece1100 suggested ( thanks btw )and it worked a bit better than a normal cloth but still for some reason the 3D screen feel more dirtier than the touch screen o_O even if 3D is off, this does not apply to my dsi .

Did you use any liquid to remove the stain or its just overall dirty with dust particles, I experienced a lot of trouble with my DSi touch screen when it came to cleaning, and the micro fiber cloth cleaned it up well.

I just used the cloth dry for both of the systems, my dsi is dirty de to fingerprints and dust particles so it worked well.
my 3ds has dust in the border of the upper screen like some lines marking for using the ds softwares. and those are very hard to clean.

DON'T use any liquid (other than water to just make a cloth wet) to remove the stain. It's a bad idea and apparently Nintendo strongly recommends you don't do it. It can actually cause more harm than good

No, I meant like some Mentholated Spirit, it dries up pretty fast, I won't recommend using a lot of liquid on it, just a little drip to get rid of the grimy muck that's sticks on to your screen.

oh okay then. Just be careful with liquids though in general. If it dries up pretty fast then hopefully it's fine. It's just that with some liquids it can mess with the plastic used to cover the screen and cause the image to be faded and all

I know and don't use a lot of mentholated spirit/rubbing alcohol, and I would never recommend using other liquids especially harmful ones that may bleach your system too.

basically moral of the story is "Use common sense when cleaning your 3DS system" xD But then again, there are plenty that don't have it...

True, I think @Kryce the safe thing to do is use a micro-fiber cloth overall, don't use the mentholated spirit freely, I don't recommend any other cloths/tissues.

the first thing you might try doing is just using a cloth and have it a bit wet and dab the 3DS screen. Don't soak it too much though as that can cause issues lol

I just run a little bit of water over a balled up paper towel and wipe down the screen... Then I wipe it down again with a dry paper towel, It seems to work but turn your 3DS Off before you do this just in case

Yeah, what you said really is the best solution to try out (and I think it may even be the one recommended to do). One just has to be careful not to put too much water though

I usually clean my 3ds screen with my shirt or tissue paper most likely you should put water on a cloth or tissue paper and clean your screen with it :) I did that xD.

I usually just use a cloth with water, or LCD Wipes if I happen to have any of them around.

I use a towel you would dry dishes off and lightly damp it and then I wring out the water till there is none left and I quickly run it over the screen followed up by the dry part of the towel right after. Leaves a clean screen every time for me.

Hahaha lol the simplest method and common method to do on earth, but blowing on the 3DS console screen is really not necessary it does nothing at all xD
