How do you Manipulate your Pokemon's Hidden Power?

Guys, I need help here :/
For a long time ever since 2nd gen, how do you manipulate Hidden Power?
I know that it'll involve a lot of breeding, dedication and hard work.
If any of ya there knows how, Please help :O

I'm not that sure, but Hidden Power depends on the IVs, the EVs and the nature of a Pokémon. It is totally random, though. That's why I never use it.

well I kinda got how to manipulate them by breeding multiple pokes and dotted their HP according to their Perfect IVs though
And I dont think EVs has got anything to do with it cuz I remembered some NPC in previous pokemon games saying that Hidden Power is something a pokemon is born with so EVs definitely not a supporting factor regarding Hidden power

Here are the IV's that you need to get a certain type Hidden Power. You can replace 31 with any odd number e.g. 1,3,5, etc while you can replace 30 with any even number e.g. 2,4,6, etc. I still don't know anything about Hidden Power Fairy maybe @Marc can help you with that.

That's just plain wrong. There should be Hidden Power Fairy and that could be really useful in certain competitive teams. Maybe, they'll introduce it in future.
