How long can you take to redeem an iTunes card?

Recently, I've been wanting UNDERTALE, and I remembered I had a $25 iTunes card lying around, and I don't know if it's expired, since I don't usually buy anything from iTunes, and I'd like to know if you only have so long until it expires, and if yes, then how long

'Gift Certificates, Allowances and iTunes Cards, and unused portions of Gift Certificates, Allowances and iTunes Cards, expire on the later of, two years from the date of issuance, and two years from the date of last activity if applied to an iTunes Store Account.'

Basically, it's good for two years.

Make sure you use a staff member as a middle man, to check if the code is actually expired or not.

Doesn't it usually say it on the back of the card?
