how to beat the E4 a second time in oras??

well strangely its more difficult to beat them a second time
so anyone knows what pokemons i must have in my team to storm through them easily?
i heard i need a heracross? but sadly i dont have one
any help would be greatly appreciated cause thats the only thing i want to do in the game now cause im getting bored of it lately.....

Hmm, there's not really any one answer to this, of course make sure your team is high enough level I recommend 65 at the minimum for any individual depending on the Pokemon, the average level the elite four members have are 70-75. I guess first being a strong fighting type Pokemon or two, or fighting type moves on a on your team as 3/5 trainers in there are primarily weak to that, if you can get some strong Fairy, Dark, or maybe even Ice or Electric moves on your team, than you'll basically have all fields covered. from their you can fill the remaining spots with whatever is your style.
