If you have O-Powers, level the Capture Power to level 3. Get a Smeargle, either by trade or breeding. Have it learn Spore and Super Fang through Sketch. Get a lot of Ultra Balls.

get a really high level pokemon, make it learn false swipe, and a paralysis or sleep move, loads of ultraballs, 1-3 masterballs if you want to make your life easier. As @SquallFulton91 said, using catching o-powers helps a lot. Having a pokemon with spor also helps a lot. Pangoro or Pancham is good,

This is a very good strategy I use. You get a level 1 pokemon with focus sash so it won't die and it will be left with 1 hp. When the Regi knocks you down to 1 hp, use the move endeavour to make it too 1 hp and then switch out to a high level Pokémon. Continue to throw pokeballs at it until it is caught. Hope this works
