I was playing someone else's Switch last year and I must have linked my My Nintendo account, because the username I used then appeared on my new Switch Lite when linking to my My Nintendo account.

How do I delete my user account from this person's console? Can it be done remotely?

I don't want them to be able to access any of my data...

You can't delete a user account remotely, I'm not entirely sure you can 100% remove your account data remotely. If you need to deregister the primary console however, that can be done online via https://accounts.nintendo.com/ (I think this can only be done once per year now?)

You could also contact support if needed, if you have info on the device you don't want the data on.

my current Switch is registered as my primary console. Does that fix anything? Can this other person make purchases on my behalf or things like that?

If that's true, then that's pointless

This is bad. .-.

Wait why would it be pointless? I think it's Nintendo trying to reduce game sharing, or at least them promoting being careful with it.

As I said before, contact support and talk to them. They'll have access to it all.

You dont need your console to be the primary console for game sharing to work. It works just fine when im using it on a secondary console.

Isn't the point that the primary console is the one hosting the games, and the secondary console is the ones who receive the games? o_O
