STEP 1:Gather Materials:You need access to the battle maison.Prepare to do a lot of battleing.After you have a lot of of BP(Battle Points),buy all the power items and have a pokemon that knows sweet scent.You can catch an Oddish on route 110. After catching the Oddish,have the Pokemon you want to ev train know a move that hits more than one Pokemon(example,Surf).Optional:have a pokemon with pokerus. Then use sweet scent on the following routes:HP evs is on rusturf tunnel use sweet scent and you have a 100 persent on finding a wismur horde. Attack Evs:Go to Mt. Pyre and use sweet scent to have a horde of shuppet. Defence Evs: Go to route 111,use sweet scent and find a horde of sandshrew. Special Attack Evs:route 119 has a Oddish horde when it's not raining(sweet scent won't work in rain).IF raining go to route 112 to find a horde of numel but it does not have a chance of coming up. Special Defence Evs :go to route 115 and go to the cut patch of tree to use cut on and find a swablu horde. Speed Evs: go to route 104 and go behind the flower shop to find tailow,wingull, and zigzaggon hordes so it doesn't matter what Pokemon come up they still give speed evs. I hope this has helped you EV train your Pokemon in ORAS!
