Gen 6 How to evolve Sliggoo into Goodra?

I have a Sliggoo and want to evolve it to Goodra. According to Bulbapeadia, it evolve at level 50 "while raining"? What does that suppose to mean? Using rain dance?

No. You know how some locations in Kalos have rain? Battle someone while it's raining there and let Sliggoo level up.

I haven't tried this myself, but go to System Settings on your 3DS and change the day to Monday and the time to something before 1 PM. If done correctly, it should be raining on Route 14.
