How to fix a broken Wii U charger?

Uh. So I lost my first charger and when I got another one, it was working fine until 3 days later when it started acting up and being extremely annoying. Then a cut was near the top area which caused it to stop charging it as a whole. Is it possible to fix?

Are you talking about the GamePad charger or the power cord for the console itself? If it isn't torn too badly you can try electrical tape? Otherwise you might just have to get a replacement.

The charger... Well, I recommend you get a charging cradle next time, its much better this way. For now, order one from ebay, they are cheap and work wonderfully

That happened to me about a month ago. My Wii U GamePad is dead so I can't use it as of now. It's good that you don't need the GamePad to open up the Wii Mode, like you needed a Wii Controller to play GameCube games on the Wii.
