beat the game and beat red then get the kanto starter and then go to johto and talk to mr pokemon and he will give you the red orb if on soul silver and the blue orb if on heart gold then go to cinnibar island then go down the ladder instead of up then surf right acroos un till you hit land use rock climb then go in side and there will be groudon or kyogre and if you have both versions you can trade them and bring both to professeroak and he will give you the jade orb and go back where you caught groudon or kyogre and waiting there will be rayquza
