AC: NL how to get the dream suit?

Ok guys I have been wondering how to get the dream suit in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I really want the dream suit because I want to visit the aika village. I've seen YouTube video's about it, and it really seemed interesting to me. So if anyone has the answer on how to get the dream suit in AC:NL then pls answer me. ok bye

To get the dream suite you have to find Isabelle sleeping in the town hall after serving 7 days as your towns mayor talk to her and then she will add that to the list of project works. It cost 300,000 bells to complete you should find the donations place in the train station

Plus the font color makes it hard to read >~<
