How to get the Europe ORAS demo free

Hey I just read this:

You people have been wondering how i got the ORAS code(Europe only)
Wen’t on amazon Uk,pre-order ORAS and then they will send you a code(Straight away once order ),Then you cancel the order(if you want to,I ordered mine somewhere else)

Can anyone confirm this? Does it work with other Amazons too (like the German version/French version etc.?) If yes, I'm of to Amazon.

I don't know if it works with the French Version of Amazon, they would have shown it on the main page if it was true.
But I heard that it works with Amazon UK.

Also, I have heard (@PersonSP) that you can access the page I was talking to you on another thread if you find a way to make an open hosted network (tethering), and if you use the Nintendo Zone Viewer thing.
Apparently, it works, but I can't confirm it, as I can't share my tablet's Internet without having it cutting all other connections !
 
Hm, sounds interesting, not sure if it would work myself but I don't think I'd be able to try it (being from NA) not really interested in pokemon a whole lot so doesn't matter to me :panda:
 
I just searched some more it seem the action is limited to the UK Amazon but the codes will work on any European 3DS. If you want the code you will have to place an order, the delivery AND billing address have to be in the UK. Immediately after confirming your order they will email you the code for the demo which you can redeem in the eShop. After that you can cancel your order. I am a bit sad because I do not have a postal address in the UK but maybe I'll think of something. :p
 
Since I pre-ordered it anyway, I got the code :p Be nice to see more Pedians playing the demo, though, so good luck.

I just entered a raffle to win the demo so I've got my fingers crossed. :p I thought that the pokémon trainer club would give away NA oras demo codes? I'd say look it up! @maxsjl
 
Street passed someone with this demo yesterday. Immediately I did a little research and apparently UK gamers can also get the demo for GAME stores. Otherwise this Amazon method works :D Downloading now!
 
So this ORAS code is the demo itself or the code to download the demo cause I don't see any OR/AS demo in eShop. P.S I am from europe too, if someone has any idea how to get it please help. (also if you mention raffles link them plz)

The code is to download the demo, and it isn't in the eShop. To get it, simply pre-order it from Amazon and it will be eMailed to you. I also think you can get it at Game stores, but I may be mistaken.

Also, there's an even more simple solution:

Go here: https://microsite.nintendo-europe.com/pokemondownloaddemo/index.php?lang=ch
Enter your e-mail address, and when they ask for a "Land", type "Schweiz" (without the quotes).
Do the captcha, and click the big orange button.
If you don't get any alert (pop-up message), go and check your mailbox.

You'll get a valid EU code for the demo. (Note: it works once per e-mail. You'll get an alert if you try to do the thing twice with the same mail address)

(PS: I also found it out yesterday... If I knew about it sooner, I would have posted it)

It means that you have done something wrong.
Maybe you haven't entered the captcha correctly, or you entered an incorrect "Land".
Edit: Ah yes, I think I see what you mean. I forgot to say that it doesn't accept address that aren't .com.

So, use GMail, or use a temporary mail like YopMail.

I used gmail and hotmail, it doesn't accept either.

I used a .com email but I'm getting an error :/ (maybe it's because I missed the "Schweiz" part but all I see is an email box)

It seems to recognise the fact that you do not live in Switzerland. You could try switching browsers or, if you can find one stationed in Switzerland, a proxy. You simply need to trick the site into thinking you do live in Switzerland as the action is meant for that country. If you succeed you'll get the code.

So I tried the website and it worked fine for me. I didn't need a proxy. The browser I used is Opera. Now here comes the good news for the first one to read: As I already have the demo I will post the code because I like you guys :p: A06FVMJB22KAHLMA Please post when you used the code. Do not claim the code to sell it! Anyway, enjoy the demo, I've played it a couple of times now and while it's not fantastic it is sort of entertaining for some time. Remember, the European demo has a Mega Glalie to offer which is a pretty nice bonus. Now, I'm going to try to get another one for the next lucky person. :)
