How to get to Frost Cavern in Pokemon X and Y?

I'm currently at Dendemille Town and the only place that I'm finding is Route 17. The girl says I'll need a Mamoswine to go further and I know that Mamoswine is in Frost Cavern, but I'm not sure how to find it.

How do I get to Frost Cavern in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y?

It's right in Dendemille Town. As soon as you enter, go right then up the stairs, turn right again, go up, then turn left and go up the stairs, turn left and then go straight up.
