Step 1. If you're having trouble getting some perfect fruit, you can buy some on the forum (I did this, I got my perfect apple from 3dsatackman) or you can buy a fertilizer from the gardening section of TNT Emporium, and plant it into the ground next to a normal fruit tree. This will increase the chances of producing a perfect fruit on that specific tree.
Step 2. Once you have your perfect fruit, regardless of how you got it, plant it in your chosen spot. Then wait five days (or time travel
). By now, your perfect fruit tree should have grown.
Step 3. Proceed to shake the fruit(s) down from the tree. Get your shovel and plant the fruit(s). Wait another five days (or time travel again).
4. Hopefully you'll have an orchard going now. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until your pockets are "about to overflow with Vitamin C!" as a certain villager in my town put it.
4. Now, while you were doing this, you might have caused some trees to shed their leaves, and you might have gotten a few rotten apples too. You can get at least 5-7 harvests out of perfect fruit trees. Put the rotten perfect fruit into the trash can (the furniture item, or the public works project). Selling the rotten fruit at Re-Tail is a bad idea, as Reece will make you pay a disposal fee to get rid of them. Cut down the tree that had shed its leaves with your axe, and uproot the stump with your shovel (unless of course, you want to keep the stump as a handy seat of sorts!) Make sure to replant the tree, preferably with a perfect fruit.
5. Go to a town where the normal variation of the perfect fruit is not native, and make sure that the Bell Boom/Rich Town ordinance is enacted.
6. Sell, sell, sell! You can get more Bells if you sell at a town with the Bell Boom/Rich Town ordinance enacted. (32,400, to be exact!) Whereas if you didn't sell at a town with the ordinance enacted, you'll only get 27,400 Bells, increasing the selling price of the fruit you sold in a town with the Bell Boom/ Rich Town ordinance by 5,000 Bells. These figures are the amount of Bells you will get per basket of fruit; the total figure, presuming you're selling at a town where they have the Bell Boom/Rich Town ordinance enacted, would be a whopping 255,000 Bells per pocketful of perfect fruit! If you want to know the amount of Bells that you would get if you didn't go to a town with the Bell Boom/ Rich Town ordinance enacted, then just work out 5 x 16 (which is -enters sum into calculator- 80,000 Bells.) And, don't even bother selling your perfect fruit at your own town... you'll only get 600 Bells per fruit. I have yet to work out the other figures i.e. what you'll get if you sell a basketful and a pocketful. I'll edit this post when I do.
