Splatoon 2 How to switch back to an Inkling from an Octoling

I've been searching how to do this in Splatoon 2 for a while now but I have had no luck so far, so I'm asking here now. How would I go about switching back to an Inkling after using an Octoling from the Octo Expansion?

Is it in the setting menu where you change equipment?

Press X, go into the settings menu where you can change the aim sensitivity, and at the bottom there is a button that is for changing appearance.
