First work your way to the Able-Sisters shop(the clothing and accessory shop). Next your going to want to talk to Sable(the brown animal in the clothing department). You must talk to her once a day for 12 days in a row. If you want it faster, you could change the date a day forward and talk to her within each day. I don't recommend this, however, being the date and time is important in the Animal Crossing series.This machine is how you scan designs and convert yours into QR Codes for others to scan.
