How's Miiverse?

I remember like it was yesterday when I started my Miiverse account back in 2013. I thought it was do awesome to interact with the same people playing the same games as me. It felt fun and amazing. I made some online friends there that I still talk to on Miiverse. But the thing is, that excitement is gone with me. For the first four months, I would always check on Miiverse and see what people are up to. But gradually,I gradually declined being on Miiverse to the point it was tedious and it felt like a chore. Don't think of this as a testimony but it's how I feel of Miiverse right now. So how's Miiverse for you guys?

I was exactly the same way. I started using Miiverse back in December of 2013. The very first day I joined Miiverse, I found myself in a debate with a member due to him claiming that he helped create Minecraft (pretty dumb, I know). I decided to leave the conversation because of his stupidity lol. Other than that, I absolutely loved the communities and made some friends also. Nanamine sent me a link to this website via Miiverse and that's how I ended up here on 3dspedia. I even sent one of my 8-bit drawings to a YouTuber with a fair amount of recognition and he favorited it via twitter.

The grand ol' days when I drew 8-bit stuff on miiverse​

Throughout 2014, Miiverse made a copious amount of changes - Some good and some bad (so bad to the point where people were coming up with little hashtags such as #SaveMiiverse and #WhyTom). I personally didn't mind the changes; and for that, people thought I was delusional. They were necessary, especially for all of the spammers and weird people that lurk in the communities. I actively used Miiverse for a full year until I couldn't handle the stupidity of other members anymore (seriously, there are some ignorants on there lol). I still use it, actually, not nearly as much. And like you said: I no longer make it a chore anymore.

You are quite true about Miiverse feeling like a chore to check all notifications and all those extra things >.> Some people were really acting ignorant and strange as Oopa said . I really stopped using it like after a few months .

But still even with all these things , I still think that it is a nice feature to use although for the other restrictions .

"How's Miiverse ?" Short answer: Immature.
Long answer: I do like it, but as you guys pointed out, the community is full of trolls (don't even get me started on the pre-SSB4 community) and immature people, but there also are nice people like people who manage to draw well. So, yes it is immature, but it can aim to be better with some work.

I remember when I first started miiverse and I was on it for like three hours just checking out all the games and what people had to say. Now I don't ever check it because just takes too much time and it's like a kid Nintendo version of Facebook. I thought it would be a good way to trade for Pokemon, but it is better to do that here.
