Hiya peeps, P2.0 here coming atcha with another topic-thingy! Actually, it's more like ''what can you tell me about this" topic-thingy. :p

So, I'm guessing a few of you know about ARMS, right? Played it a little? Maybe.. you're a secret master of boing-yoinging your opponents? :cool-pika: So I asked my bros about what they thought of it, and they quickly shot it down. :v They think it's like Mii Boxing. But what I've seen, it looks really unique in it's own way. Looks like something I could get into if I gave it a chance. :x But I dunno, I don't know much about it, aside from the demo I tried.

SO! What I wanna know is this ( Remember, that's only if you have it and have played a fair amount ), what's ARMS like? Is it fun? What can you tell players who are just starting out? Leave a comment down below, I'm interested to find out! :3

I’ve owned it for about a year, and I think it’s a really fun game when you first get into it, but there’s no way you’ll want to complete every tournament in the game (because it gets unbelievably repetitive after a while). Idk, I feel like the game could’ve been much better (like adding a skill tree, or upgrades, or even an in game shop), but oh well. Missed oppurtunity, I suppose.

But if you’ve never played it before, it’s really fun when you first play it. Pretty good controls, and you get a really nice feeling when you bop someone in the face with your Joy Con fists :p So, if you wanna go for it, I suggest borrowing it from a friend if they own it, or trying to find a retail version for at least $25 or under. Because that’s what the game should’ve been priced, IMO. Feels like they tried too hard with this game, similar to 1-2 Switch (which I myself haven’t played, but everyone I know says that it wasn’t anywhere near $45).

Well, I don't have any irl friends to borrow games from, so I'll have to take your word for it. :p Maybe I'll look into it when it's on sale in a store.

I think I know whatcha mean, I feel like ARMS could've been bigger than how it is atm. A leveling up system would be keen as well. I feel like that would've been a huge game changer, especially if it meant you got stronger as you did. *^* And I can't deny the feeling of being able to land a punch. It was so cool on the demo! ^o^ Really want to use Min Min.

my arms are fine thanks for asking
