YOU DONT NEED TO OWN A 3DS OR POKEMON XY TO JOIN ​

PRIZE : DEPENDS ON HOW MANY PEOPLE JOIN
(10 PEOPLE JOIN = 10 PC X 10 MEMBERS = 100 PC)

  • A computer
  • WI FI connection
  • A clan group - consisting of 3 players
  • Have make a account on http://play.pokemonshowdown.com (its free) - all you have to do is write a username when you first play it :p click change user name
  • Determination :p and confidence
  1. Post your user name thats on http://play.pokemonshowdown.com
  2. Pay 10 PC to Me
  3. Make a group - give team name
  4. Stay Updated
  5. HAVE FUN :p !!!

I think teams should be disqualified if they are unable to do their matches by a certain date. People made a commitment when they signed up for this tournament, so I would expect them to be more willing and flexible to get this thing done.

Rules:
Follow the tier rules
No Endless Battles
No repeat items/Pokemon
No Evasive or accuracy decreasing abilities/moves/items (Hustle and Compoundeyes can still be used)
No breaking the rules.
If a tie then the person who used the finishing move wins unless it's Perish Song.
No harsh words while on Showdown.
No illegal moves.
No Entrainment Traunt Durants because you cannot pass traunt in game.
Smeargle must not have a legendary signature move(s).
Sleep Clause
Have fun.

What's in a team?
Well, if you want to make a team it would be best to come up with the best way to make use of the Pokemon's Ability and moveset and especially it's items. Running a weather related set? Use Safety Goggles and Pokemon with Magic Guard along with ones that don't take damage due to typing. Making a Stored Power Espeon set? Try to find the best way to get as many stat boosts as possible while taking minimal damage. And of course you should pay attention to threat Pokemon and find the best way to counter them. It's a battle of the wittiest. It's much easier to make teams on Showdown so don't expect people to go easy on you.
 
can i join? and why do we have to haev the account on pokemon showdown thing?
 
Showdown is how you battle. It will not be in game because that requires more effort and less time to cut to the chase. It would be fairer to people who spend less time in the game. btw I'm joining.

hey all you have to do is press download or click play online then it will ask you to pick a user name
thats all you have to do :p

i will most likely join and my team members are going to be me, Omega_chocobo, and Deathchef ill let them know about this and we will also most likely enter "Might enter" i still need to ask my friends XD sounds really fun though!

Question. Do we all pay 10 coins or just one of us from the team?

depending on the amount of people that join will depend on wether we have teams :p
its mainly for strategic planning and the fun of being in a team working with others :p

like if one person plays in part one then other teams will know who's in your team pkmn so you have different people to keep them hidden :p and also if there are some weaker players then your team can help with making a team and i like having team names and also for the mono type battles there will be one element you guys can choose :p its just funner in my opinion having teams and working with friends :p

i plan to have at least 6 teams :p
teams of 2 or 3 :p
and the prize will be bigger too :p

and can you send PC if you are joining ?
