I connected to PGL can I still start a new game?

So recently I connected both of my X and OR in the Pokemon Global Link. Now, I wish to start a new game in them so I could do a nuzlocke in both. Will this affect my Global Link in any way?

I wanna be hunddred percent sure before I take any action on to the save file of my x and OR
 
No it will still have those save files registered perfectly , however you're going to have to make another account because for some reason there isn't an option to get rid of the game registered. I tried it and your also going to have to use a different email for the account.
